How long should the update to V360 take? I thought onscreen it said about 30 min but mine has been on for 2 1/2 hours and still nothing on screen. Red arrows on box.

You would have to contact vm customer service but before you do that reset your hub and set top box at the same time it can take 15 min for booth to reboot and if does not work ring 150 from a vm landline or 0345 454 1111
