We have just been "upgraded" to the 360 service. Worst among a few problems is the search does not work. On both sets we keep getting CS8400 errors every time you try to select a letter.
Virgin keep saying that they have to refer this upwards but nothing happens.
Any thoughts - does any one else have this problem
Try rebooting all your boxes
That does not work. Virgin Tech Support have not been able to fix it despite several attempts which always end in them saying I will have to pass it upwards" or words to that effect.
