Hi @Munaf
You should be able to pair the monitor with the 360 by clicking on Settings > Audio & Video > pair remote with devices > TV setup then clicking on "I" and selecting "Iiyama" - then type in "prol" - after a few minutes searching it should find and accept the monitor, which should also pair it under "Volume keys control"

Hi again @Munaf
Sorry that didn't work. Have you tried the key testing method as well? If so try it again.
There are often a few different combinations in the database and some work better than others.
For exaple. I can pair my LG by device number and by key testing. However, when key testing, the first 3 that are supposedly a match don't work fully, but if I keep saying No and try the 4th match, then that one works. It's a pain but might work.

Hi Munaf, thanks for posting on our help forum with your issue.
We're sorry to hear you've tried to pair your remote for the TV 360 box and some buttons still don't work.
Please, try the below:
1.Press power button on the Stream box for 10 seconds
2.Press TV + 0 buttons on the remote for 10 seconds
You should a see message on screen stating that the pairing was successful.
If this does not work, please reboot your TV box and try the pairing process again, as advised by newapollo on the posts above.
Let us know if this resolved the issue or you need more help with this, glad to further assist you.

I tried these instructions over the weekend , it did pair and said its a match so i thought i was one step closer but unfortunately no volume controls worked
i then started to just mess around and see if different brands may work so far if i switch to amplifier and scan codes on the LG it actually works to an point , only the volume Up button works. this suggests to me their must be a brand that uses the same codes as iiyama
thankyou for your support

Thank you for that information. To confirm, are all the buttons working now?

Hey @Munaf, thanks for the reply.
I believe the remote itself may be faulty.
I will investigate this further for you and send you a private message.
Watch out for the purple envelope inviting you in.
Kind regards.
