Hi. we have just had the box installed. The installer could not get it to pair with our TV or soundbar despite it clealy seeing both as it knows its a LG and Sonos. The TV is only a year old so it should not be an issue. I have followed all the instructions on the Virgin video including resetting the remote but it still will not control the TV or Soundbar. Any other ideas?

The installer couldn't get my TV to control the volume/power/inputs. I tried having a go when he left, had no luck with the various attempts the box made, then ended up taking the batteries out and following the reset instructions on the label near the batteries. Within seconds a 'you can now control your TV...' message appeared on the screen.
So, taking the batteries out is worth a shot!
