I'm due to receive the new 360 remote. I currently use my remote to operate the V6 Tivo behind a TV cabinet door, there is no line of sight to the V6 box. Will I still be able to do this with the 360?

Yes the 360 remote uses RF to the box and IR to the TV and A/V equipment.
