Absolutely disgusted with this upgrade, interface is poor but not nearly as bad as the picture quality on 4k Samsung TV. Just upgraded from V6 where the picture quality was very good, now it looks like sd quality on almost every channel. Had an engineer out today and he agreed about the quality, changed box , hdmi cable and used various hdmi ports and still the same. Tried all sorts and had to admit he was stumped. His manager said that is just the way it is. Not happy, will continue to argue my case as a lot of people on various forums are doing. Be going back to sky I think..any suggestions to remedy situation are welcome.

Sounds like you've requested a conversion of your V6 into TV360, which is voluntary but irreversible.
Can you explain more about your picture issue with some examples? Other users may be able to advise on here.

HI Jamietttttt,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the picture on your Samsung TV since upgrading to the 360.
Can you please confirm which channels you have noticed the difference on? Are these HD/SD?
Also, does the picture quality change throughout the day at all or is this happening all the time?
Thanks,

Hi guys thanks for getting back to me. It was voluntary but given the upsell from virgin what would you expect. Having read more on forums I got to the bottom of it. On the virgin 360 box picture settings ( if you are using ultra HD TV ) you set to auto, it doesn't keep picture quality for HD. So you need to choose 1080p or 1080i and the put to 4k when watching UHD. Shame auto doesn't work but problem solved as such. Thanks again all .
