Hi, I am posting this on behalf of my 78 year old parents who have spent the past month either on hold to Virgin or running through a million different things
Their 360 box will not pause, rewind or record. They have been told it's the remote, there is a fault in the area etc etc. They have received very poor customer service and have even had the phone hung up on them.
Checking on this forum and it appears as though it's a hard drive problem but noone has offered to replace their hard drive. How can I get through to someone at Virgin to help me as it's driving my elderly parents crazy.

Phoning is usually the quickest way but as your parents have already tried that with no success you might need to wait for a forum team member to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.
Do they get any error codes for example, CS6002 " Can't find hard drive".
