Engineer set up my 360 and mini box yesterday, main box fine but mini box still sitting today on “Setting Up Channels” only For Skysports & SkyCinema. Been on hold for nearly an hour today then instructed to restart mini box, still same issue and told by agent “we can’t do anything on these new boxes will have to escalate to level 2 and they will call you back on Monday”
Anyone had similar issues and why do support not have any training or knowledge or boxes being installed?
