360 mini aerial connection

Recently upgraded package and now have a Mini 360 box which was going to use in a spare room. There is a virgin connection on the wall (which we have never used since moving in) so did the self installation option as assumed it would be pretty simple connection however it doesn’t appear to be working. It is a very old connection point that still says NTL. Is it possible to get an engineer out to sort this?



The quickest way to get an engineer would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone and ask for a manned installation.
