Having an absolute nightmare with my 360 box.

Losing all recorded and planned recorded programmes

Saying storage full when there is loads of free space

Now won't switch on at all, even after reporting.

 

Am I alone?

Just to clarify the last statement, you have reported the problem to Virgin and now the box won't start up. If that's correct has an engineer been scheduled ?

Any box that is losing it's recordings and planned recordings is very probably faulty.
