A little harsh from Ernie but in essence he is correct
We were very disappointed with TV 360 and after a couple of weeks trial wished we hadn't bothered
After many months of calls and being told NO we did eventually manage to get our boxes replaced and now we are back on Tivo ( not quite as cut and dried as that but far too much waffle to put on here ) but from what I can gather we consider ourselves rather lucky as many people, due to shortages of boxes apparently, are still being told NO.
I would say if you are truly unhappy with TV 360 keep trying and maybe you might get some sympathy. We've been with Virgin for well over 10 years but Im not sure even that cuts much sympathy with them tbh.
