Hi, is anybody else having a problem with the remote keep re-pairing with the TV? It all set up fine initially, but now I keep getting times when everything freezes for a few moments, the white light flashes on the remote and then I get a message saying "this remote is now paired with your TV etc" It's quite annoying. Anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it?

Have you tried new batteries, that would be the first thing I would try and then if that doesn't work factory reset the remote and then repair it.

Press and hold the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds which will factory reset the 360 remote. After the factory reset, try pressing TV and 0 button for 10 seconds and it should now force pairing.

If that doesn't work you could then try a factory reset of the 360,

Choose Keep Recordings, that means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

If that doesn't work then maybe it's a faulty remote.
