hi all, forgot my tv handset 4 digit pin, tried to reset it in settings got memorable word wrong, set it up years ago not ever used it, locked me out and said to phone an 0345 number. did that spoke to a very polite Indian woman for 45 mins but got nowhere said she had to speak to superior and disconnected call any help would be appreciated

You can login to your MVM account and set a new memorable word, go to Account Settings, Account details and scroll down the page.
