360 fault

My 360 mini has been unable to play any recordings since Tuesday 10/11/20 I get the message offline or unable to connect box is connected to internet and I can access prime and Netflix but not recordings virgin are aware of the fault on service status page but it’s been six days using the text help service to see if I could get a refund but all I get is a bot I got a  reply from a person who asked if I’m account holder replied yes then went back to a bot they ask not to phone unless vulnerable is there another way to contact them
