I can't delete recordings on my 360, I have 2 the small one and the one the same size as the v6.
When I try to delete it says box offline, but they're both connected to the Internet.
Are you trying to delete from the mainbox directly ?
Hi, I've tried from both boxes and got the same response.
Apart from trying turning the boxes power off and on and if that doesn't work you could try a factory reset, it doesn't really reset the box to factory as in deleting recordings so you only lose a couple of settings.

I should have said turn the power off by either using the switch on the back or the mains socket.
Tried restarting, factory reset still no joy with either box 😕
Can't watch the programs using catch up tv either now, tried rebooting hub still no joy, wish I'd just stayed with the old v6 and tivo now 😢
Catch up tv does work, just not with any programs recorded 😑
If you log into your My Virgin Media account and look on the Service Status you can run tests from there, you may then need to phone and speak to someone, good luck with that one.
