Just recently a red screen comes up and asks to update new version V.5.35.4.0 by pressing OK.
The whole screen then locks up, so I have to reboot the box, this has happened several times and is become annoying.

I don't think this is a Virgin update, could it be an upgrade for your TV or something else you have connected to your TV.
