My 360 box has rebooted itself at 09:35 each day for the past five days. There are no loose cables and self-tests seem fine and HDD is 61% full. It doesn't matter which channel (SD, HD, ..) the box is on, it simply restarts. I'm in area 22 and no issues seem to be reported. Broadband and phone services are unaffected.
Ideas welcomed but ideally could the VM support team please investigate... Thanks.
You've received the latest update to version 4.33 (most of us are still on 4.31)
It might be a good idea to perform a factory reset.
To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset. It's actually misnamed and only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options Keep Recordings Format Disk
Choose Keep Recordings - With the 360 choosing that first option you won't lose your recordings or any links you've set up (but will have to sign into apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again)
