360 box installation

i received my 360 box and its up and running. i didn't change the coax cable but used the existing cable that was on my previous v6 box. do i need to change the coax cable to the one provided with the 360 box?

Re: 360 box installation

I highly doubt it. If it’s virgin supplied, in good condition and it works I’d just put it in a drawer.

Re: 360 box installation

Re: 360 box installation

The coax is generally fine. It's the HDMI cable you need to check.

You should always use a 'High Speed' or better rated HDMI cable.

Re: 360 box installation

the cable your friend is talking about is the HDMI cable, the cable you are using may already be 4K compatible. The white coax is an adaptor if you had a Tivo box your coax screwed on, the V6 and 360 boxes both push on.
