Hi,
Whenever we pause the live channels and then start watching again or watch a recorded program, the program will glitch throughout playback.
Anyone got any suggestions on how to rectify other than asking for a replacement box?

Could you reboot the hub and the boxes for me and see if the issue still carries on after this?
