360 box affecting tv

Had 360 box delivered last week since it has been connected I am unable to use my TV remote control or the manual buttons  on TV itself when 360 box is turned on... I can not even swap between the box and my fire stick... any advice please?

Hi Tamj27,

Always helps if you can give the make and model of your TV to get a more informed answer if someone else has the same TV.

Your TV remote should still work with the TV, is the 360 connected directly to the TV or are you using a soundbar or any AV equipment, if connected directly to the TV don't connect it to the HDMI-ARC connector, you could also try turning off 'one power' on the 360. 

The more information you can give the better.
