Hi, my Virgin Media 360 box it will no longer delete recorded files. When I click on the dustbin icon the message comes up saying deleting recording, but it doesn't delete the program.

I occasionally get a recording that won’t delete.

Do a factory reset, keeping your recordings, and the rogue recording should go.
