360 Upgrade 9th June (still waiting)

Good Morning

So chose to take the offered upgrade over a month ago. Heard nothing, 14 working days?

Day 20 - any chance of an update please? Was only supposed to be a new remote in the post and a software update to the box.

If you've not received the new remotes after almost a month, I would suspect the order hasn't been correctly processed for whatever reason.

As long as your TV box is still working as a V6, then just request the conversion again.

Have you been able to request the conversion again?

Was this offered as part of an email campaign? Did you get a confirmation email when you submitted it? 

It normally only takes 7 days, so yes something likely went wrong but it’s easily fixed. If you call in the agent should be able to see if you’re indeed eligible for the free upgrade. 

I suspect there is some kind of exception on your account that prohibits the work order going through.
