I am still experiencing problems with my TV set top box since last September It keeps going into reboot mode and welcome sequence when switched on or during a program and sometimes the picture freezes or goes off completely with a message cannot display this channel call Virgin I sometimes lose all my recorded programs. I have complained 3 times to Virgin but nothing improves. Getting an engineer or any solution to this issue is not happening. I have found phoning Virgin call centre not helpful in dealing with this matter.

If you’ve tried phoning through as a fault which it clearly is then hang tight and a member of VM will get back to you! Usually 2-3 days.

If the 360 is deleting your recordings it's a sign that the box is faulty, especially if it's done it more than once. You can either call Virgin again, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
Phoning should be quicker, you might need to push the fact that the box is restarting on its own and deleting your recordings and any planned recordings.

I have had lots of issues with 360 TV BOX. Is the V6 box better?

Did you reply to Ayisha_B from the forum team on your other post and get the box replaced.
The hardware is basically the same between the V6 + 360 boxes apart from chip revisions it's the software that's different and in the 3 years I have had my 360 box I haven't had a problem, my old V6 boxes were swapped out as part of the update at the time.
If you have had your box replaced since your other post and are still having problems you will need to say what they are.

You'll find widely varying opinions on this forum, but it's a moot point because if you have TV360 then you cannot have V6 anyway.
The only customers who can get V6 now are existing TiVo customers upgrading.
