Here’s a couple of things I’d like to see fixed in 360:
1. The horrendous lag when scrolling through menus, particularly Catch Up and Box Sets & Movies. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this. It’s present on the main and mini boxes.
2. Why do the thumbnails take so long to load when pressing the home button? Sometimes 5-6 seconds.
3. Like the remote and its design, but who ever thought making the buttons so hard and resistant to finger presses, I’ll never know. It makes every selection feel so slow.
With all due respect, I don’t need someone coming along and troubleshooting the above issues. These are clearly related to poor software and need addressing.
In comparison, Sky Q flows beautifully - zero lag. 360 has a long way to go!
