360 Motion Judder

Just switched to virgin media 360 box from sky q and I am getting pretty serious motion judder on my Pioneer Kuro using the main virgin box but it’s perfect on my JVC projector using the extra virgin box.
Tried everything on the pretty limited virgin 360 box settings to no avail

Suggestions?

Hi malcesine, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. 

Can you check the settings output and try 1080 or automatic settings. 

Please try a different TV so that we can rule out if this is an issue with the TV.

I changed output from 1080P to 1080i which helped a lot, but still with minor judder - also lose a bit of picture quality.

I don’t have issue on JVC projector via 360 mini box in 2nd room, so yes maybe TV related. BUT I never had this with 1080P output using Sky Q on same TV.
