The power supply cable for our mini box has been damaged and Virgin customer services advised they could not supply a replacement and I must source one myself! Can anyone advise where to go for this and the correct spec for the PSU?

I spoke to Virgin again on the strength of the reply and they have promised to send me a replacement.

I was told it would arrive last Thursday but there's still no sign of it!
I am sorry for the delay with this.
I have emailed the area field manager, they will not reply until the weekend is over.
Once I get a response I will update you with what we can do about this.
Just letting you know the power supply arrived the other day and everything is now fine.
