When you say "I'm supposed to have..", have you received the new remotes for the conversion to TV360? Did your V6 have the "upgrade to 360 now" icon which you selected?
If so, you can try powering your box off at the mains for a few minutes and switching back on, but otherwise you might need to call TV Faults..
