I am a new virgin customer and I have issues with the 360 box loosing sound (approx 0.5 to 1 sec) on live TV, Recorded TV and Netflix App. This can be accompanied (not always) by the loss of picture from the bottom 25% of the screen.
The box is connected t the internet by ethernet cable and the diagnostics show a strong signal. The box is connected to the TV by a HDMI cable and I have tried several different HDMI channels on the TV with no improvement.
I also see the box dropping signal completely and the TV displaying 'unrecognised signal error'
The only way to recover this is to to turn off the 360 box and restart the box.
I need assistance as soon as possible please as the service is pretty much unwatchable.
