360 Box and Windows TV Go App

I got 360 Box a couple of days back. When I try to use TV Go App on Windows it says not compatible. What do I do now?

Hello

You need to use the website now as the Windows 10 app doesn't work and is being discontinued with the new v360 - https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/obo_en.html

Re: 360 Box and Windows TV Go App

Do I have to register the 360 box in some way because I think system is looking for v6 boxes?

Re: 360 Box and Windows TV Go App

Yes I'd guessed that but I'm talking about on the website that you directed me to after my original request. If I click on Virgin Boxes it lists two boxes but I suspect they are the now disconnected v6 boxes.
