Had the 360 box installed over a week ago. The first week of trying to record came up as "The 360 box is offline or not connected." Now it says we can't locate your hard disk. CS6031" I've had someone check that all the leads are in and they are... as I'm disabled I am unable to kneel down and check things myself. The engineer who installed it had never done one before and didn't know anything about it.
At my wits end and unable to record anything. How do I get someone to come out and sort it for me... or can I even do that?
