I recently received 2 new V6 boxes (the little ones) - set one up on Saturday and apart from not having any music channels (fault raised) all worked fine. Set up a couple of recordings. Remote even connected to my TV (Samsung).
Set up 2nd box yesterday and it has also connected to the Samsung TV rather than a Panasonic to which it's connected, and the programs I set to record on the 1st box are also set on the 2nd box. New recordings set up on the 2nd box have also appeared in the list on the 1st box.
How do I stop the 2 boxes syncing with each other wrt recordings please?

Are you sure you still have V6 boxes? (you've posted in the V6 forum) You can check <<< here >>>
It sounds like you have received 360 mini boxes - so they are no longer referred to as V6 as they now run the Horizon interface.
The 360 doesn't carry the radio channels in the EPG, they can be accessed by scrolling down the Home screen and clicking on the radio app icon. You can also open the radio channels by using the Voice button on the new 360 remote and saying the name of a station such as radio 2 or radio 3.
Once you've opened a few radio channels using the above methods then the most recent ones opened will be listed next to the radio icon on the Home screen.
You can also click on Apps and open either the BBC Sounds or the RadioLine app to access radio stations

If you do have mini boxes then only the main box (the bigger one) has a hard drive, so all recording will be made on that box..
You should bookmark <<< this page >>> if you've recently converted to the 360 boxes

Set up 2nd box yesterday and it has also connected to the Samsung TV rather than a Panasonic to which it's connected (via HDMI cable), and the programs I set to record on the 1st box are also set on the 2nd box. New recordings set up on the 2nd box have also appeared in the list on the 1st box.
How do I stop the 2 boxes syncing with each other wrt recordings please? And how to I get the remote to work the Panosonic TV?

No need to create a duplicate post (it can lead to confusing replies). I've combined your posts into one thread and moved the new thread to the TV360 board.
And by means of an answer - if you've received 2 new TV360 boxes, only one will be a master (with a hard drive) and any additionals will be mini-boxes that have no storage space of their own. All recording is done on the master box, the mini shares the storage and so there's one common set of recordings accessible from both boxes equally.

Hi again @bartram108
360 remotes are only supposed to be able to pair with and control one 360 box at a time, so no idea how this has happened unless you have used the same remote to try and control separate TV's.
Turn off the Samsung TV and keep it turned off until you have synced the Panasonic TV with it's own 360 remote.
Pressing and holding the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds will factory reset the TV 360 remote. You could also try removing the batteries for a couple of minutes and put them back in.
Then to pair the 360 remote hold down the 'TV' button and '0' button together until the Standby button starts to flash.
Did you upgrade from two V6 boxes? If so both will have their own hard drives so you can set up recordings separately on each individual box.
If not then you will have a main and a mini box - if that's the case all recordings will be on the main box as the mini doesn't have a hard drive.
If you did have two V6 boxes and upgraded them both then you may have to cancel any recordings that you want to be on a different box and set them up again. Highlight the next episode in the EPG and select Record and then click on Advanced Options. Click on Choose TV box and select the box you want it to record on, then click on Record. It will then be recorded on that box going forward, even if the default recording box is the other one. You can also use the same method to record individual programs rather than series.

So I've managed to connect the remote to the Panasonic TV - through the System menu. But on the recording Advanced options I don't have the Choose TV box option - how do I get it? I've tried renaming the boxes from the default values.

Do you have more than one 360-master? or only one master and then additional minis? Minis don't have hard drives so rely on the master for all recording. Only converted V6s are masters, any additional installs - which you alluded to - are minis. Photos below, master on the left mini on the right.
