Virgin media admitted i was a victim of fraud back in January this year and promised to sort it out, yet Virgin media have still added the default notice to my credit report, how do i get this wrongful notice removed from my credit report?

As most people on here are customers (It is a community forum) it is unlikely they have any extra information
