Hi

I recently changed over to Virgin from o2 about 2 months ago and got a PAC code and my number was changed over and it has been fine but for about the last week when I text or call people the wrong number is coming up on the other persons phone for me, it’s the number that came with the sim. I’m using an iPhone 14 that I got new from Virgin at the same time as their sim. How do I get it back to my number?

Thanks for joining our Community.

Sorry though to hear about the wrong number showing when you call.

Can you please follow these steps, and let us know how get on making a call.

•    Go to Settings.

•    Scroll down and click Phone.

•    Click My Number.

•    Tap the number showing and edit it with the correct number.

•    Click OK.

•    Click Save.

•    Turn off device.

•    Turn on device again after at least 30 seconds have passed.

I had done this but just hadn’t turned my phone off and on again! It seems to have worked now I have done this though so thank you very much for your help 😁
