I've tried contacting help etc and can't get any help as no one picks up chat nor calls.
My account is SIM only and shows the wrong model and G. My phone is 2G and I fear the new SIMs sent out won't work.
Really unhappy and stressed.

I'm very sorry to hear about the difficulty in speaking with the team.
When we send out new or replacement SIM cards they come as a trio SIM. Meaning that all size SIM cards are there.
Did you get the handset from ourselves?
