wrong address

Hi

you emailed and texted me to say you are sending me a new SIM.

But today you emailed that you are sending it to the wrong address.

The address on my mobile account is correct. You are sending it to Flat 2-162 Springfield Road instead. The address at BN1 6DG on my profile is the correct one.

I'm unable to find any account under that order reference, would you be able to contact our sales team so they can locate this and correct this for you?

Hi Emily

I didn't have much luck getting through on the phone.

My account number is [REMOVED]. If I login to my account it shows the order as ref:100001065409209

I put a note through the door of no. 152 so if it does come to them hopefully they will repost it to me.

Not sure why it was posted to the wrong address though? what happens if I don't get the SIM soon, does my old one stop working?

Thanks for confirming, so we could go through security on the account in question to resend this for you but if the other arrives with you in the meantime this wouldn't work. Or we could wait and see if the post delivery recognises the mistake and delivers this for you, if this doesn't arrive with you we can then send another out for you.
