Re: wi fi calling and new sim card

It has to be the purple card with a phone presently supported

Apple: iPhone 6S, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Samsung: Samsung S9, S9+, S10, S10+, S10e, S20, S205G, S20+5G, S20Ultra5G, Note10, Note 10+ and Note 10+5G

There have been reports that the Huawei P30 Pro is now working on Virgin

Re: wi fi calling and new sim card

Many thanks for the replies , bit daft to have all the advertising if the majority of phones are not yet supported but it does explain why I can't find the settings , do either of you know how to get a new sim card so as to be ready if and when more phones are supported which I guess will be sometime soon

I'm surprised you have an old card. Most should have been replaced by now. Are you sure it's the old type?  New ones  are  post Dec 2017

Re: wi fi calling and new sim card

Hi speedy-2,

Thanks for posting.

I can certainly arrange a new sim card for you so you're ready when your phone is supported 🙂

I'll pop you a private message now so I can run through security.

Thanks

Melissa
