Probably because the mast is owned by EE not Virgin

Took a Post Code from near the centre and came up with this. I suggest you visit the site and sign up for text updates

Re: why dont virgin fix the Woodchurch estate mast, or are virgin useless

I can see you are very well versed in mast coverage, Virgin techs assured me "their" mast on the Woodchurch estate was faulty, causing lack of/intermittent  connectivity, that statement was off Virgin technical department, they are waiting for access permission to the site.

Re: why dont virgin fix the Woodchurch estate mast, or are virgin useless

They always say 'their', but the truth is they don't own one single mast and never will as they are not one of the 4 licensed operators. They are a Virtual Network using EE for now but slowly starting the move to Vodafone with new 5G sales

ok, if so, EE should fix it, don't you think, or just let their customers keep paying for a [REMOVED] service.

Re: why dont virgin fix the Woodchurch estate mast, or are virgin useless

The following will be affected by the mast outage. EE, BT, Plus Net, ASDA and 1p Mobile as well as Virgin. There must be a good reason as EE would certainly not want their own customers to suffer.

Oh, the brains are starting, well, EE is owned by who? B/T, so the Mr fix it circle of blame begins, whilst customers get ##re#ci45ei#ve= ev5 e0 service, anyway B/T have taken issues on board, and signal seems slightly improved (for all the lesser paying customers,) Viva Tony B of the Nocky estate, ex/retired B/T telecoms engineer/technician, in the days when service was first class.
