webex unable to use call me feature 1 not recognised

Hi, since about March (i think around time when wificalling was switched on) i am unable to use webex when they call my virgin mobile phone. When i receive call from webex it requires me to press 1 to join. I press 1 but nothing really happens. I raised it with webex and they said that when i press 1 they receive 11. The doubling of digits does not seem to happen when i call over gsm. When i call over wificalling sometimes digits i press are doubled. Webex says the issue is with virgin mobile that they already receive it as that. One of my work mates having virgin mobile says he has similar issue.

Hi,

I have Samsung S10e. I tried the same on my wife's Samsung S10 (her own virgin mobile number) and it does the same. Also tried to put my sim into Samsung S6, the same behaviour. When webex calls me and I press 1 Webex does not recognise it as 1.

All of the phones are unlocked and were bought independently.

Hmm, this is an interesting one michlv. Can I ask whether your colleague uses a Samsung/Android too? Are you able to borrow an iPhone to see if the issue remains? Are your Webex calls initiated via a computer or an app on your phone?

Hi, the colleague uses google pixel 3a. Unfortunately i do not have option to try iphone.

The call is initiated through the web app.
