waste of time

lost internet again had to use 5gb of data on my phone cost me a fortune 3hrs with no signal tried to talk to the bot sorry cant understand you ,its like banging your head against a brick wall .im leaving had enough .good bye

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the broadband issues and also the delayed reply. I've checked the system and there is a congestion issue affecting the service. The fault reference for your records is F008222804 with the estimated fix date being tomorrow.

 

I can also see you've upgraded the hub since posting and this is due to arrive next week
