voice mail abroad

Hello. I have problems accessing my voice mail box from abroad. I didn't set up a pin to access the service while in the UK. Could I please get some help setting it now that I'm outside of the UK, if possible? Thanks a lot.

Sorry to see you cannot access your voicemail, yes your right the pin was suppose to be set up before you went away. However don't worry I can help you out with this.
