virgin sim

hi not sure if anyone has had the same problem but when i was talking to team on phone they said my bundle was eligable for a virgin sim with my broadband of course i would have to pay for it but that was fine as every time i ring them for faults etc it costs me a fortune but i have never received the sim have i done something wrong

it was offered and i asked for it but it has never been added to my account and no doubt the deal has gone now
