virgin mobile

*****URGENT*****

This is my first time as a customer and so far it hasn't been helpful

I finally got through to virgin mobile via phone only for them to hang up 5 minutes later, 

How can I resolve my mobile issue if there is no way of emailing, phoning or getting the information i require???

There is no email support done by VM, but if you post your query here without any personal information then a member of the VM forum staff will pick up the post and should be able to give you the answers that you need, this may take a few days I will keep an eye on the Thread and if need I can escalate it for you.
