I have ordered a Sim only today and opened a virgin mobile account. It won't let me log in as i have to verify my email. I have not received that email and its not in my spam or junk. I have asked for it to sent many times and nothing happening?

It can take up to 24 hours for the email to be received, can you confirm if this time frame has passed?
