why after complaining about this problem a month ago has nothing been resolved ? having offered a derisory amount virgin seem incapable of telling me how much they actually ripped me off for let alone repaying it. perhaps they think i'll go away but us pensioners can be tenacious particularly when robbed by an organisation who appear to think that shoddy service is ok.
You said Virgin made an offer which you termed 'derisory'. Therefore, having rejected that there is nothing the team here can do and you will need to go through the official complaints procedure outlined on their website.
