I've just registered with virgin mobile, ordered a new SIM to start using in November, set up direct debit and received all confirmation emails. One of the emails was to verify the email address I used to set up my account, but I read the marketing email first and tried to log in through that, before verifying my email address. I was unable to login. I then tried to verify my email address but the site did not recognise my username or password. I can't reset my password as I do not yet have a virgin SIM or phone number. I can't phone for help without a virgin phone number. How do I access my account or reset my password?

Using the information we have on here I've found your details and can see that there are details on there. Have you tried to reset your password for your online account and using the same email address as your username?
