I have tried calling virgin to potentially discuss reconnecting after cancelling my contract. after 1hr 3 mins wait on friday the call cut off without answering, today i rang and same situation. Are there any customer advisors in Virgin?

When you cancelled the contract are you still in the 30 day notice period?
