thanks for replying, yes i have checked all available information and fixes available on this forum, im trying to send a txt from Indonesia to the UK, the number starts with 44, my cap is at £50 and the APN is set correctly, also on the sim toolkit it is set to manual, international, when i answer a call it just cuts off, i cant call out, i have data off because i hit my £50 limit without knowing i was connected, i cant think of anything else to try, can you please look at my account to try a fix it for me? thanks

As you are in Indonesia calls and texts will be charged https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-roaming-hub/indonesia. As you have hit your limit already, it may be the case that the cap will not allow any further charges on your account.
