unable to register for mobile account

I am trying to register online for my virgin mobile but no luck. it first asked me for a security answer but there no security question appears on the screen. I tried using my virgin media password and it took me to the next screen where asked me for email address and new password. I tried different email and passwords but it keeps on giving me the error for invalid password.

Sorry to hear you're having issues registering your online account mlilani.

Can I ask if you currently have other numbers registered to an online account?  Or is the first time you've attempted to register an account?

no other number and this was the first attempt. i also contact the team through SMS and their responses were not at all helpful... poor service I must say
