I recently moved over from EE to a Virgin Media Iphone12 pro contract. I must say it has by far been the most frustrating and unpleasant experience. I am unable to receive texts or calls for the last one week. I called up customer support multiple times to finally be sent another SIM card. However, unfortunately I am still unable to receive texts or calls on the new SIM card. This has been terrible customer experience and if I am not going to receive calls or messages I rather move to another provider.
