transferring number from Vodafone slow

I have just started 2 new virgin mobile contracts on Monday, I requested to keep existing Voxi and Vodafone mobile numbers at time of order and put the new Virgin SIMs active on Tuesday evening, the numbers have not ported over yet is there any way of telling the progress of this as the Voxi and Vodafone SIMs are still active and no sign of disconnect on them.

I think another fuse has blown in Virgins computer.

These complaints are coming quick and fast

@Zak_M Thanks for checking, I got it sorted over online chat. It seems the request to port numbers during online order of 2 phones does not work correctly.
